Strip sets are a natural pairing with this organic shape, creating the look of leaf veins. Use subtle differences in the shades of the leaf colors for a runner perfect for fall. In this project, the completed, improvised strip sets are sewn and cut into leaf shapes using a template. This template will be used for both the leaf shape and the background. In the class, we will make the runner face. Ideas on finishing and quilting will be discussed.
